Clinical Implementation Specialist
The Clinical Implementation Specialist at Noom is a pivotal role within the Clinical Operations team, responsible for leading and managing the implementation of clinical programs and tools. This position involves close collaboration with clinical, product, technical, and operations teams to ensure the successful deployment and integration of clinical initiatives. The specialist will serve as the subject matter expert for clinical project execution, translating complex clinical workflows into clear implementation plans and technical specifications. Additionally, the role involves partnering with product, engineering, and data teams to support the configuration, testing, and deployment of clinical systems and tools.
Candidates should possess a minimum of four years of experience in clinical operations, healthcare operations, product operations, digital health, or clinical research. A bachelor's degree or equivalent level of relevant education is required. The ideal candidate will have experience managing clinical projects and working cross-functionally with product and engineering teams to implement complex initiatives. Strong organizational, documentation, and problem-solving skills, along with excellent communication abilities, are essential. Proficiency with clinical systems and digital healthcare platforms, including electronic medical records (EMRs), is also necessary.
