As a Clinical Liaison for the Kansas and Nebraska regions, you will play a pivotal role in supporting transplant centers and patients by integrating CareDx's laboratory tests into clinical workflows.

In this role, you will be responsible for managing patient support related to CareDx's transplant offerings, with a primary focus on laboratory tests. You will collaborate with transplant center staff to streamline workflows, ensuring seamless integration of CareDx's services. Additionally, you will act as a liaison between customers and internal teams, addressing external requests such as order entry, results reporting, and reimbursement inquiries. Coordinating blood draw logistics and leading operational efficiency exercises are also key aspects of the position.

The ideal candidate holds a Registered Nurse (RN) degree and preferably has over five years of transplant experience. Certification as a Clinical Transplant Coordinator (CCTC) is advantageous. Proficiency in reporting and data analytic tools like Excel and is essential, along with strong verbal and written communication skills. The role requires the ability to work both independently and collaboratively, with 25-30% field travel within the assigned geography.

CareDx offers a competitive base salary ranging from $84,000 to $105,000, complemented by incentive compensation.
