Senior Manager, Product Lifecycle Management
The Senior Manager of Product Lifecycle Management at CareDx, Inc. will lead initiatives to enhance and optimize the order-to-report processes for laboratory testing services. Candidates must possess a Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field and have over five years of experience in customer experience, operations, or process improvement related to order-to-cash processes in a clinical diagnostic laboratory or healthcare setting. Experience in product management for software or digital products is also required. Strong analytical skills, familiarity with UX research, and proficiency with tools such as Confluence, Jira, and Figma are essential.
