Cloud Ops Engineer
OneTrust is seeking a Cloud Operations Engineer to join its global Cloud Operations team. In this role, you will support production customers by monitoring and maintaining a highly distributed, scalable, and resilient global cloud infrastructure. OneTrust is a leader in enabling responsible data and AI use, providing a platform that unifies regulatory intelligence, automation, and connected governance workflows.
As a Cloud Operations Engineer, your primary responsibilities will include building scripts for operational automation and incident response, managing cloud application deployments for agile releases, and overseeing the monitoring, tuning, maintenance, and support of various cloud services such as Linux, Azure SQL, Kubernetes, Kafka, and MongoDB. You will also define and meet key operational metrics, handle incident resolutions, and automate software deployments in coordination with DevOps engineers.
The ideal candidate will have at least two years of experience with the Microsoft Azure platform or another public cloud platform, and at least one year of experience with automation tools like Terraform, Linux scripting, or cloud orchestration tools such as Ansible or Chef. Proficiency in scripting languages like Bash, PowerShell, or Python is required, along with the ability to plan and monitor work activities effectively. A solid understanding of container and DevOps technologies is also essential.
For candidates based in California, Colorado, Connecticut, Nevada, New York, Rhode Island, and Washington, the annual base pay range for this role is between $81,150 and $121,725. This position may also be eligible for discretionary bonuses, equity, and benefits.
