Collections Officer
Experian is seeking a dedicated Collections Officer to join our Credit Services team in Singapore. The Collections Officer will be responsible for managing all collection activities, including telephone calls, emails, and initiating house visits when necessary. Key duties involve achieving daily productivity targets, applying effective negotiation strategies to recover overdue accounts, analyzing cases to recommend appropriate actions, and promptly updating the collection system with all activities undertaken. Additionally, the role includes generating reminders and performing other duties as assigned by management.
Candidates should possess a passion for achieving collection targets and consistently delivering excellent results. Strong organizational and time management skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently are essential. Effective communication in English is required, and proficiency in Mandarin is advantageous. Experience in collections, accounts receivables, contact centers, or customer service roles is preferred, though fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
