As a member of our Operations Team, you will support the delivery of Business Information products and services within Experian Credit Services. Your primary responsibility is to ensure that we meet or exceed our service delivery commitments and agreements with clients, thereby achieving a positive customer experience.

Key responsibilities include achieving or exceeding operational efficiency targets, delivering on service-level agreements related to turnaround time and quality, accurately uploading new cases into the collection system, and monitoring auto-buy and integration programs. You will also handle exception processing, liaise with external vendors and internal technical teams to resolve integration issues, and provide regular feedback on system and process-related matters.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of administrative experience, with fresh graduates possessing a positive attitude also considered. Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel, meticulous attention to detail, analytical thinking, efficient operation, and effective communication skills are essential. A diploma or degree in business or relevant studies is required, and familiarity with the Singapore business landscape is preferred.
