Commerce Media Expert
As a Commerce Media Expert at WPP Media, you will be responsible for translating the e-commerce strategies of leading Polish brands into effective and measurable actions across media, technology, and analytics. This role involves creating e-commerce recommendations, supporting specialists in planning and executing campaigns—particularly in retail media—and developing retail media product offerings in both digital and physical store channels. Additionally, you will analyze market data and trends to identify new growth opportunities for clients.
Key responsibilities include implementing e-commerce strategies for major Polish brands, independently crafting media, technology, and analytics recommendations, and providing expert support to teams in planning and executing e-commerce campaigns, with a focus on retail media such as marketplace and retailer ads. You will also be tasked with creating and enhancing retail media product offerings across digital channels and physical stores, including sponsored products, display ads, CRM media, and in-store screens. Analyzing data and market trends to uncover new growth opportunities for clients is also a crucial part of this role.
The ideal candidate will have four years of experience in retail media or digital commerce media, gained in settings such as media agencies, e-commerce clients, or technology and digital media providers. A solid understanding of the e-commerce ecosystem—including sales platforms, traffic sources, tracking, and marketing automation—is essential. Proficiency in English at a B2 level, practical knowledge of MS Excel, and strong skills in MS PowerPoint are required. The role demands analytical thinking combined with effective interpersonal communication and organizational abilities.
