Commercial Counsel

Airship is seeking a Commercial Counsel to join its dynamic legal team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment, providing legal support for Airship's commercial operations. As a key member of the team, the Commercial Counsel will collaborate closely with various departments to ensure compliance and mitigate legal risks.

In this position, the Commercial Counsel will be responsible for drafting, reviewing, and negotiating a wide range of commercial agreements, including customer contracts, vendor agreements, and partnership deals. The role also involves advising internal stakeholders on legal matters related to business operations, ensuring that Airship's commercial activities align with applicable laws and regulations.

The ideal candidate will have a Juris Doctor (JD) degree and be admitted to practice law in at least one jurisdiction. A minimum of 5 years of experience in commercial contracting, preferably in the technology sector, is required. Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to communicate complex legal concepts clearly are essential.
