Commercial/Tech Transactions Attorney

Axiom is seeking a Technology Transactions/Commercial Counsel to support a large life sciences technology company in an acquisition-related initiative. This role focuses on structured asset acquisitions involving Clinical Outcome Assessments (COAs), related documentation, validation materials, and limited enabling software. The attorney will collaborate closely with legal, clinical, technical, and business teams to facilitate these transactions.

Key responsibilities include drafting, reviewing, and negotiating commercial and technology agreements related to the acquisition of COAs and associated assets. The attorney will manage the transactional aspects of the acquisition process, ensuring alignment with the company's strategic objectives and compliance with relevant regulations.

Candidates should possess 5-10 years of relevant legal experience, particularly in structured asset acquisitions, commercial agreements, and technology transactions. Familiarity with transactions involving intangible assets is essential. A Juris Doctor (JD) degree and active bar membership in good standing are required.

Preferred qualifications include experience with technology, SaaS, or intellectual property-related transactions. The ability to work effectively in a cross-functional environment is highly valued.
