Communications Manager

The successful candidate will collaborate closely with the Director of Communications, executives, and cross-functional partners to enhance Viant's market presence and storytelling capabilities.
Key responsibilities include leading the strategy and daily operations of Viant's organic social media channels to drive engagement and measurable business impact. The Communications Manager will develop platform-specific content strategies, manage a comprehensive social calendar, and leverage AI-powered tools to optimize content performance. Additionally, the role involves creating compelling speaker materials for various events, managing a roster of company speakers, and ensuring consistent brand representation across all platforms.
The ideal candidate will possess 8-10 years of experience in communications and social media, preferably within a B2B environment, with significant exposure to social content management and event/speaker content. Strong writing and editing skills across multiple formats, a deep understanding of the media and advertising landscape, and the ability to manage multiple workstreams and stakeholders simultaneously are essential. A collaborative, low-ego approach and prior experience in a high-growth or publicly traded company are also desirable.
