Compensation and Benefits Specialist

BrainRocket is seeking a Middle Compensation and Benefits Specialist to join our HR team in Valencia, Spain. As a global company creating end-to-end tech products across Fintech, iGaming, and Marketing, we have rapidly expanded across multiple countries, including Cyprus, Malta, Portugal, Poland, and Serbia. Our team of 1,300 professionals is dedicated to innovation and excellence.

In this role, you will be responsible for organizing and managing various compensation and benefits programs. This includes overseeing health insurance provisions, coordinating the company's vehicle fleet, consulting employees on educational programs, and managing the mobile phone program. Additionally, you will collaborate with partners to ensure timely provision of benefits, maintain transparent communication on compensation matters, and support employees with benefit-related inquiries.

The ideal candidate will have at least one year of experience in a similar role, preferably in Spain, with a strong understanding of local practices. Excellent organizational and communication skills, attention to detail, and proficiency in Spanish at a B1 level or higher are essential. Experience working with suppliers and contractors in the compensation and benefits field is advantageous.
