Compensation & Benefits Business Partner
BrainRocket is seeking a strategic and detail-oriented Compensation & Benefits Business Partner to join our growing international HR team. This role is pivotal in ensuring payroll accuracy, developing compensation frameworks, and enhancing KPI systems to keep our teams motivated and rewarded. The position is available in our offices located in Lisbon, Valencia, Limassol, or Warsaw.
The primary responsibilities include overseeing payroll data accuracy, encompassing salaries, bonuses, deductions, and one-off payments. The role involves designing, implementing, and managing compensation and benefits programs aligned with company goals and market benchmarks. Additionally, the position requires administering and continuously improving KPI and bonus systems to ensure transparency and accuracy in performance-based rewards. Collaboration with HR, Finance, and Operations teams is essential to maintain payroll compliance and consistency across regions. The role also entails preparing regular compensation and benefits analytics, dashboards, and reports to support strategic decision-making, as well as identifying opportunities to streamline processes and implement best practices across all locations.
Candidates should possess over five years of experience in Compensation & Benefits, Payroll, or HR Business Partnering. A strong understanding of labor and tax legislation across multiple European markets is required. Proficiency in advanced Excel or Google Sheets and strong analytical skills are essential. Hands-on experience with HRIS or payroll systems such as HiBob, BambooHR, or Workday is necessary. English proficiency at a B2 level or higher is required, and knowledge of the Russian language is considered a strong plus.
