As a Consultant Client Service (Mensch) Shopping at WPP Media, you will collaborate with a team of media professionals to develop and execute media strategies that exceed client expectations. WPP Media is WPP's AI-driven media operating unit, combining media, data, and partnerships to deliver creative personalization at scale.

Your primary responsibilities include building and maintaining strong relationships with key client contacts, developing and presenting data-driven media strategies aligned with client goals, determining optimal media mixes and budget allocations, coordinating campaign execution with internal and global planning teams, contributing to innovative media approaches utilizing AI tools, and conducting regular reporting to analyze campaign performance and derive insights.

The ideal candidate possesses at least two years of experience in a media agency as a consultant, familiarity with both offline and online media planning processes, strong teamwork and problem-solving skills, excellent communication and presentation abilities, analytical thinking with a solid understanding of KPI-based campaign evaluation, and comfort in communicating with international colleagues and clients in English.
