Consultant (Salesforce Configuration)
The Consultant (Salesforce Configuration) at Komodo Health is responsible for configuring Salesforce solutions to meet customer requirements, working closely with Solution Architects and project teams. This role is integral to the Configuration Team, contributing to the design and efficient implementation of configurations that align with client needs. Komodo Health is dedicated to reducing the global burden of disease through data-driven insights and innovative healthcare solutions.
Key responsibilities include designing and configuring solutions based on client requirements, documenting and implementing configuration changes, and ensuring solutions meet specified requirements. The consultant will also configure client-facing solutions, troubleshoot errors, manipulate data, and participate in client presentations and training sessions to build strong relationships and ensure alignment.
Candidates should have experience configuring and developing solutions on the Salesforce platform, with exposure to end-to-end project implementation lifecycles. The ability to design scalable solutions, perform system configurations, and work collaboratively in project teams is essential. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, along with experience in authoring requirements and design documentation, are also required. Proficiency in leveraging AI tools to enhance productivity and decision-making is highly valued.
