Senior Salesforce Solutions Consultant
Komodo Health is seeking a Senior Salesforce Solutions Consultant to join their Mavens team, dedicated to delivering high-quality solutions to clients in the pharmaceutical and life sciences sectors. This role involves designing and architecting Salesforce solutions tailored to pharmaceutical grant programs, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards such as GxP, HIPAA, and PHI. The position offers flexibility with a hybrid work model, accommodating locations near San Francisco, New York City, Chicago, and other U.S. regions.
In this role, the Senior Salesforce Solutions Consultant will lead detailed requirement gathering sessions with clients, collaborating with the Komodo delivery team to document comprehensive requirements. They will determine the overall solution design for customer projects, including all Salesforce components, data and application integration, and selection of third-party tools. Additionally, they will lead a team of configuration specialists and business analysts to create and document solutions, guide customers through design reviews to refine and iterate on the solution design, and participate in customer training sessions and other implementation initiatives to contribute to overall project success.
Candidates should possess deep domain expertise in pharmaceutical grants management, clinical trial sponsorships, or healthcare/life sciences compliance. A minimum of 3-5 years focused on Salesforce architecture within life sciences or pharmaceutical organizations is required. Proficiency in designing scalable Salesforce solutions that meet pharmaceutical business needs, especially in grants management and data integration, is essential. Applicants should have at least 5 years of experience in documenting current state business processes, identifying gaps, simplifying complex processes, and making recommendations for future state processes and system designs. Experience leading functional and technical teams through full Salesforce project lifecycles, defining business requirements, writing user stories, and providing detailed Salesforce system and functional designs is also necessary.
Compensation for this role ranges from $128,000 to $199,000 per year, with additional performance-based bonuses and equity awards.
