Consumer Service Agent – Minijob / working student (10-20 hrs /week)

Experian is seeking a Consumer Service Agent to join our team in Düsseldorf, Germany. This role is integral to our mission of empowering consumers by providing them with access to and understanding of their financial data. The position is offered as a minijob or working student role, requiring a commitment of 10-20 hours per week for a temporary period of six months.

As a Consumer Service Agent, you will engage directly with consumers, serving as the face of Experian to deliver crucial information about their financial health. Your responsibilities will include handling data access requests in compliance with data protection laws, ensuring the highest levels of confidentiality and security. Additionally, you will support our customer service team by managing email inquiries and utilizing our ticketing system to maintain efficient communication.

The ideal candidate will have experience in customer service or clerical roles, with training in office communication or comparable knowledge being advantageous. Proficiency in written and spoken German is essential, along with good knowledge of MS Office applications. Strong communication skills, a commitment to data protection standards, and a reliable, structured, and independent work approach are also required. Familiarity with SharePoint and Confluence would be beneficial.
