Contractor Relations Specialist

As a Contractor Relations Specialist at InfoTrack US, you will play a pivotal role in managing and enhancing relationships with our network of independent contractors. This position is integral to our operations team, ensuring seamless collaboration between the company and its contractors to deliver exceptional service to our clients.

Your primary responsibilities will include recruiting, onboarding, and maintaining a robust pipeline of qualified contractors. You will oversee the performance and compliance of contractors, addressing any issues that arise, and implementing strategies to improve contractor engagement and satisfaction. Additionally, you will coordinate with internal departments to align contractor capabilities with project requirements.

The ideal candidate will possess a bachelor's degree in business administration, human resources, or a related field, along with at least three years of experience in contractor management or a similar role. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential, as is proficiency in contract negotiation and a solid understanding of compliance regulations. Experience with contractor management software is highly desirable.
