Corporate Credit Assessment - Director / Senior Director (Dublin)
KBRA is seeking a Director or Senior Director to join its Corporate Credit Assessments Group in Dublin. This role involves leading credit assessments of private companies, managing junior analysts, and contributing to the development of credit estimates and assessments. The position offers significant interaction with senior management and executives at leading financial institutions.
Key responsibilities include analyzing financial statements and creditor agreements to identify strengths and weaknesses, providing and reviewing corporate credit assessments, and writing rationales to support assessments. The role also involves assisting with methodology development, conducting credit research across various sectors, and collaborating with professionals in other KBRA sectors to meet client deadlines.
Candidates should have a bachelor's degree, with a master's degree and CFA designation preferred. A minimum of 10 years in investment research or similar financial analyst roles, including fundamental credit training, is required. Experience with corporate financial statements, strong communication skills, prior managerial experience, and proficiency in Microsoft Office are essential. Familiarity with generative AI tools like ChatGPT is a plus.
