Endava is seeking a Corporate Legal Counsel to join its in-house legal team, providing comprehensive corporate legal advice across various domains, including governance, public company compliance, mergers and acquisitions (M&A) support, treasury, restructurings, and global expansion. This role involves close collaboration with Finance, Tax, Treasury, Sales, and other business units to facilitate informed commercial decision-making within a global, regulated environment. The position offers exposure to senior stakeholders and listed-company governance, contributing to the company's strategic initiatives.

Key responsibilities include supporting corporate legal matters across multiple jurisdictions, assisting with corporate governance and regulatory compliance, and aiding in the establishment of new group entities. The role also involves supporting public company compliance activities, such as reviewing annual reports and ensuring adherence to securities laws and listing rules. Additionally, the Corporate Legal Counsel will assist in M&A transactions, internal restructurings, treasury-related matters, and corporate litigation, while also contributing to the selection and management of external legal counsel.

The ideal candidate will possess a law degree (LLB, JD, or equivalent) and have experience in private practice, preferably within a corporate or M&A team. Strong drafting, organizational, and analytical skills are essential, along with the ability to manage multiple matters concurrently in a fast-paced environment. Clear and confident communication skills, coupled with a keen attention to detail, are also required. While not mandatory, in-house corporate legal experience, exposure to public company compliance, securities law, or capital markets, and experience supporting cross-border transactions or restructurings are desirable. Familiarity with AI-enabled legal tools is considered a plus.
