Corporate M&A Lawyer

In this role, the Corporate M&A Lawyer will be part of an international team handling complex, high-value transactions across various sectors. Responsibilities include drafting and negotiating key documents, leading due diligence processes, coordinating cross-border deal teams, and working directly with clients and their advisers. The position offers the opportunity to collaborate closely with specialists in finance, capital markets, competition, and tax to deliver seamless, forward-looking solutions.
Candidates should have at least 5-7 years of Corporate M&A experience, ideally gained at a leading firm. A strong academic record and Dutch qualification are required. Fluency in Dutch and English, with excellent drafting and communication skills, is essential. The ideal candidate will possess a sharp analytical mind, strong commercial instincts, and a collaborative nature. The ability to simplify complex issues and provide clear, confident advice is crucial.
