This role involves close collaboration with the General Counsel and Company Secretary, focusing on corporate governance, board and shareholder processes, regulatory compliance, and legal entity management. The Corporate Secretary will be responsible for managing board and shareholder meeting processes, including the preparation of board papers and minutes. Key duties include maintaining statutory registers, delegations, and governance records, as well as supporting regulatory and corporate governance compliance. The role also involves advising on signing authorities and board approvals, liaising with regulators, external counsel, and senior stakeholders, and overseeing legal entity management activities across the group.

Candidates should possess over 15 years of post-qualification experience, with strong expertise in company secretarial practices and corporate governance. Experience serving as a Corporate Secretary in a highly regulated industry is essential, along with excellent entity management skills and familiarity with complex corporate structures.
