Cost Assurance Analyst

The Cost Assurance Analyst will join the ROCO consortium, a collaboration of leading Belgian construction companies, including BESIX, tasked with executing the Right Bank segment of the Oosterweel connection project in Antwerp. This role is integral to ensuring financial accuracy and compliance within this large-scale infrastructure initiative.

Key responsibilities include monitoring client audits, disseminating related inquiries within the organization, developing and optimizing necessary procedures and reporting, verifying cost documentation in claims, consulting with the client on comments or rejected costs, supporting subdivisions during client audits, and gaining expertise in the NEC4 contract framework.

Candidates should possess a Bachelor's or Master's degree in an economic field or equivalent experience, be fluent in Dutch, demonstrate structured project management skills with the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines, and work effectively both independently and in teams. An interest in the Oosterweel connection is essential; a background in civil works or financial/internal audit is advantageous but not mandatory.
