Project Manager / Project Engineer - West-Vlaanderen

Franki Foundations, a subsidiary of the international BESIX Group, is a leader in deep foundation solutions in Belgium. Annually, the company undertakes over 500 projects across various sectors, including residential construction, industry, energy, and infrastructure. To strengthen their Project team, Franki Foundations is seeking a Project Manager/Project Engineer to oversee and manage projects in West Flanders.

In this role, the Project Manager/Project Engineer will actively participate in project design and the preparation of tenders, ensuring optimal planning and preparation of projects. Responsibilities include maintaining the quality of delivered projects, monitoring budgets, and regularly reviewing project costs. Serving as the primary point of contact, the individual will facilitate effective communication among project partners such as clients, architects, design offices, and support departments.

The ideal candidate holds a degree in Civil, Industrial, or Construction Engineering. While junior profiles are welcome, prior experience in the construction sector is advantageous. Proficiency in Dutch, French, and English is required. Key competencies include autonomy, organizational skills, solution orientation, team spirit, integrity, strong interpersonal and commercial abilities, and familiarity with digital environments and tender management.
