Counsel - 12 Month Fixed Term Contract

Visa is seeking a Counsel for a 12-month fixed-term contract to support its Asia Pacific Legal team. This role focuses on the Australia, New Zealand, and Pacific Islands markets, providing legal guidance in areas such as sales contracts, corporate and commercial matters, product development, marketing, and intellectual property. The Counsel will also support the Government Affairs team on payment system operator regulations and offer dedicated assistance to commercial money movement solutions, including CMS, Visa Direct, and Currency Cloud. Reporting to the Senior Managing Counsel for the region, the position requires strong technical legal skills, commercial acumen, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
