Sr SW Engineer, Legal Reports

Visa is seeking a Senior Software Engineer to join the Legal Reports team, which is responsible for generating and operating regulatory banking reports for supervisory bodies such as the Central Bank of Brazil, the Federal Revenue Service, and international regulators. The team focuses on data engineering and backend development, utilizing Golang as the primary programming language, extensive SQL usage, and distributed processing with Spark/Databricks, as well as Trino/Superset. The infrastructure is based on AWS, employing services like S3, Lambda, Kubernetes, and Glue. Platform observability is managed with Honeycomb and Grafana, integrated with OpsGenie to ensure end-to-end visibility.
