Country Manager
As a Country Manager at Cato Networks, you will lead sales initiatives within your designated region, driving revenue growth and market expansion. Your primary responsibilities will include managing a team of Sales Directors to achieve individual and team quotas, overseeing all aspects of the sales cycle, and developing strong relationships with key prospects. You will also be responsible for building and maintaining a robust sales pipeline, accurately forecasting sales revenue, and collaborating with partners to expand market reach. Additionally, you will coordinate and manage regular pipeline reviews, mentoring sessions, and training programs to ensure continuous improvement and best practice sharing within the team.
The ideal candidate will have over 10 years of field and remote sales experience with a consistent record of exceeding quotas. Experience in selling networking and/or security solutions to C-Level and technical buyers is essential. A minimum of 2 years' experience managing an individual contributor sales team is required, along with channel recruitment and enablement experience. Strong skills in contract negotiations, the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and excellent communication skills are also necessary. A background in computer science or engineering is advantageous.
