Creative Producer (Dex)
Headout is seeking a Creative Producer to join the Dex production team in Bengaluru, India. Dex is Headout's latest venture, creating cinematic, immersive, narrative-driven audio tours for venues and neighborhoods worldwide. As a Creative Producer, you will oversee the entire production lifecycle of a tour, from research and script development to audio production, quality assurance, and launch, working within Dex's established frameworks and infrastructure. This role requires a balance between scriptwriting and production management, necessitating comfort in both redrafting scripts and managing delivery timelines.
In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring a seamless guest experience by managing all aspects of tour production. You will collaborate with writers, business teams, partners, audio production, and venue stakeholders to keep production on schedule. Your role will involve curating and shaping the content that guests hear, determining the most compelling stories to tell within a limited timeframe. Additionally, you will manage multiple tours simultaneously across different production stages, consistently improving processes and incorporating guest feedback to enhance the tours.
The ideal candidate will have over three years of experience in narrative or scriptwriting, particularly in audio, video, or long-form storytelling, along with project coordination experience across timelines, vendors, and deliverables. Strong research skills, attention to factual accuracy, and the ability to identify and shape compelling stories are essential. Familiarity with AI tools to improve and streamline the production process, from research and scripting to editing and quality assurance, is also important. Comfort working within a structured creative framework, as well as the ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt to evolving priorities, are key attributes for success in this role.
