The Customer Engineer, AI Infrastructure role at Armada is pivotal in bridging technical expertise with client engagement. Key responsibilities include providing expert technical guidance to customers and sales peers regarding Armada’s products and services, leading technical demonstrations, proof-of-concepts, and workshops to showcase features and benefits, and collaborating cross-functionally to support sales through customer engagements, technical scoping, and proposal development. The role also involves cultivating strong relationships with key client stakeholders and staying ahead of industry trends to identify opportunities for product innovation.
Required qualifications encompass a bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field, with an advanced degree being a plus. Candidates should have over five years of experience in pre-sales, sales engineering, or solution architecture roles supporting technical products. A conceptual understanding of networking and connectivity fundamentals, familiarity with cloud platforms, virtualization or containerization technologies, and proficiency in at least one core technical domain such as AI/ML infrastructure, connected devices, or data center systems are essential. Excellent communication and presentation skills, a strong problem-solving mindset, and the ability to manage multiple priorities are also required.
