Customer Experience Specialist - Korean & English Speaker (Bangkok)

In this role, the Customer Experience Specialist will assist Korean- and English-speaking customers with bookings, travel inquiries, and post-booking support. The job involves responding to customer queries via phone, email, and chat, resolving issues efficiently, and maintaining a positive brand image. Day-to-day responsibilities include providing information on reservations, supporting changes or cancellations, and troubleshooting service problems, all while ensuring customer satisfaction and timely resolution of cases.
Candidates must be fluent in both Korean and English, possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and preferably have prior experience in customer service or hospitality. The ability to work in shifts, strong problem-solving skills, and a customer-focused attitude are essential for success in this role. Familiarity with digital platforms and multitasking in a fast-paced environment are also important qualities.
