Customer Implementation Specialist (Position located in São Paulo, Brazil)
The Customer Implementation Specialist at KnowBe4 plays a pivotal role in ensuring new customers in São Paulo, Brazil, have a seamless onboarding experience. This position is part of the customer success team, working closely with both clients and internal technical experts to integrate KnowBe4’s security awareness training and simulated phishing platform. Day-to-day, the Customer Implementation Specialist is responsible for guiding customers through the technical setup of their KnowBe4 account, including user provisioning, software configuration, and customized deployment. The role encompasses project management, technical troubleshooting, and ongoing communication with clients to address questions and ensure milestones are achieved on schedule. Specialists act as trusted advisors to customers, aligning implementation success with the unique needs of each organization.
Candidates for this role must possess a bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience, and should have a background in customer support or implementation in a SaaS or IT environment. Technical proficiency with cloud-based platforms, excellent communication skills in both Portuguese and English, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously are essential. Experience with security or compliance technologies is a strong plus, as is any exposure to enterprise software integration.
