Experian is seeking a Customer Marketing Analyst to join its Customer Marketing team. In this role, you will leverage data and insights to enhance customer communications across channels such as email and push notifications, delivering personalized and relevant experiences. Reporting to a Performance Manager, you will collaborate within a dynamic team, gaining exposure to customer lifecycle strategies, experimentation, and commercial decision-making.

Your primary responsibilities will include monitoring and reporting on key performance metrics, identifying trends and anomalies, and presenting insights in trading forums and team meetings. You will conduct in-depth analyses of campaign and journey performance, translating data into actionable recommendations using SQL and other analytical tools. Additionally, you will support the delivery and optimization of customer marketing campaigns by identifying opportunities to improve engagement and conversion rates.

The ideal candidate will have experience in a customer marketing role with a strong analytical focus. Proficiency in SQL, with the ability to write queries and work with multiple datasets, is essential. Strong numerical skills and the ability to interpret and present data effectively are required. An interest in customer behavior, marketing, and data-driven decision-making is crucial. Proficiency in Excel, including pivot tables and formulas, is also necessary.
