Customer Onboarding Specialist
MarqVision is seeking a Customer Onboarding Specialist to facilitate the seamless integration of new clients into our AI-powered brand protection platform. This role involves close collaboration with Account Executives, Customer Success Managers, and Brand Protection Specialists to ensure clients are effectively onboarded and positioned for long-term success. As a key member of our team, you will contribute to safeguarding brands against online threats across multiple digital platforms.
In this position, you will coordinate and deliver pre-sales assessments, ensuring clients possess the necessary intellectual property rights to address potential abuses. You will recommend appropriate service packages based on the nature of abuse, client IP rights, and enforcement volume. Acting as the project manager for customer onboarding, you will set strategies, define success criteria, and align internal resources to meet client needs. Additionally, you will guide customers through activation calls, clarify processes, and establish tailored workflows to address specific enforcement requirements.
The ideal candidate will have over five years of experience in onboarding, project management, intellectual property rights management, or related fields. A strong understanding of IP rights, brand protection, or legal processes is preferred. Excellent organizational skills, the ability to manage multiple client projects simultaneously, and strong communication skills are essential. A proactive, solutions-oriented mindset and adaptability to work cross-functionally across various teams are also important.

For roles based in the United States, the estimated base salary range for this position is $70,000 to $100,000, depending on experience and skills.
