Customer Service - Self Storage Manager

As a Self Storage Manager, you will assess customer storage needs, recommend appropriate solutions, and sell packing and moving supplies. Your daily responsibilities will include inspecting storage units to ensure readiness for rental, auditing cash drawers, making bank deposits, and assisting customers with payments, including making reminder and collection calls as necessary.

The ideal candidate will have experience in customer service-oriented sales environments such as retail, restaurant, or other service-based industries. A valid driver's license and reliable transportation are required, as the role involves traveling between different work locations and performing work-related tasks. Physical requirements include the ability to lift and move items up to 35 pounds, and spending up to 50% of the time in outdoor environments, including climbing stairs and opening large doors.

This full-time position offers a competitive hourly wage of $19.50.
