Public Storage, a leader in the self-storage industry, is seeking a Customer Service - Self Storage Manager to join our team. This role offers the opportunity to work independently across multiple locations, both indoors and outdoors, within a flexible schedule. As a Self Storage Manager, you will assess customer storage needs and recommend appropriate solutions, including the sale of packing and moving supplies. Your daily responsibilities will include inspecting storage units to ensure they are ready for rental, auditing cash drawers, making bank deposits, and assisting customers with payments, including making reminder and collection calls as necessary.

The ideal candidate will have experience in customer service and sales, particularly in environments such as retail, restaurants, or other service-based industries. A valid driver's license and access to a personal vehicle are required, as the role involves traveling between different work locations. Physical requirements include the ability to lift and move items weighing up to 35 pounds, as well as spending up to 50% of the time in outdoor environments, which may involve climbing stairs and performing maintenance tasks.

We offer a competitive hourly wage of $22.00, with opportunities for performance-based bonuses. Employees working an average of 20 or more hours per week are eligible for full-time benefits, including medical, dental, vision, 401(k) with match, paid time off, sick time, and flexible spending accounts.
