Customer Service - Self Storage Manager
Public Storage, a leader in the self-storage industry, is seeking a Customer Service - Self Storage Manager to join our team. This role offers the opportunity to work independently across multiple locations, both indoors and outdoors, within a flexible full-time schedule.
As a Self Storage Manager, you will assess customer storage needs, recommend appropriate solutions, and sell packing and moving supplies. Daily responsibilities include inspecting storage units to ensure readiness for rental, auditing cash drawers, making bank deposits, and assisting customers with payments and collections.
The ideal candidate has experience in customer service or sales environments such as retail, restaurants, or other service-based industries. A valid driver's license and access to a personal vehicle are required for travel between work locations, with mileage reimbursement provided.
Compensation for this position is $17.00 per hour, with eligibility for full-time benefits after averaging 20+ hours per week.
