The Customer Solutions Manager will play a pivotal role in assisting hardware engineers and manufacturers to integrate, adopt, and scale with Boltline, Stoke's cutting-edge solution. This position is based in Kent, Washington, and requires in-person collaboration.

In this role, the Customer Solutions Manager will lead the design and execution of tailored onboarding programs, guiding customers through solution deployment and aligning technical implementation with their business objectives. They will develop and optimize customer adoption frameworks, playbooks, and self-service resources to accelerate usage across engineering and manufacturing teams, demonstrating measurable ROI. Serving as a trusted advisor, they will provide expertise on manufacturing data flows, engineering workflows, and systems integration. Additionally, the manager will cultivate executive-level relationships, ensuring high customer satisfaction and retention, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to refine processes and tools that amplify customer impact.

Candidates should possess over 10 years of experience in B2B SaaS, with at least 3 years in a customer-facing technical or solutions role such as Solutions Engineering, Customer Success, Technical Account Management, Consulting, or Product Management. A proven track record in building onboarding programs and adoption engines within engineering or manufacturing environments is essential. Hands-on experience implementing or supporting complex systems like MES, ERP, or PLM is required. Familiarity with aerospace, defense, energy, or hardware-intensive industries is advantageous. Exceptional communication, stakeholder management, and consultative skills are necessary to influence both technical and executive audiences. Strong process design and analytical thinking, with the ability to build scalable tools such as dashboards, workflows, and templates, are also important. The role requires the ability and willingness to travel up to 50%.

The compensation package includes a base salary ranging from $120,000 to $165,000 annually, with additional variable compensation based on customer retention, adoption metrics, and team performance goals. Benefits encompass equity in the form of stock options, subsidized medical, dental, and vision insurance, company-paid life and disability insurance, a 401(k) plan with employer match, four weeks of paid time off, ten holidays (including an end-of-year closure), paid family/parental leave, and an on-site gym or monthly wellness stipend, depending on location.
