Customer Success Manager
The Customer Success Manager at Advertising Specialty Institute (ASI) plays a pivotal role in engaging with new distributor members to understand their unique business needs and strengthen the relationship between ASI and its clients. ASI is the largest global provider of technology B2B services for the $27.7 billion promotional products industry, serving 25,000 clients in 53 countries. This position is based in Trevose, PA, with a hybrid work model requiring in-person attendance on Tuesdays and Wednesdays.
In this role, the Customer Success Manager will collaborate closely with new distributor members to ensure they achieve their desired outcomes using ASI's platforms and services. Key responsibilities include driving product adoption, fostering long-term loyalty, and working within the distributor sales department to support ASI distributor members effectively.
The ideal candidate will possess strong interpersonal skills, a deep understanding of customer success strategies, and the ability to analyze and address client needs proactively. Experience in customer relationship management and familiarity with B2B technology services are essential for success in this role.
The salary range for this position is $55,000 to $60,000, plus commission. Individual compensation will be based on role-related experience, education, skills, and qualifications.
