Social Media Manager, Brand & Campaigns
The Social Media Manager, Brand & Campaigns at Advertising Specialty Institute (ASI) will lead the company's organic social media strategy, ensuring alignment with brand positioning and marketing campaigns. Reporting to the VP of Brand & Events Marketing, this role involves close collaboration with copy, design, paid media, brand, and events teams to maintain a consistent brand voice across all social platforms.
Key responsibilities include developing and managing a structured social media content plan and editorial calendar, writing high-quality, platform-native copy for LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and other emerging channels, and executing timely posts related to events, industry moments, news, and trends. The role also involves directing creative production needs, such as graphics and short-form videos, and managing light community engagement through comments, replies, and direct messages.
Candidates should possess a bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field, along with 3–6 years of experience in social media marketing, preferably within a B2B context. A strong understanding of the interplay between organic and paid social media within a broader marketing ecosystem is essential. Excellent writing skills, experience in building and managing social media content plans, and the ability to operate autonomously with shifting priorities are also required.
The position offers a salary range of $70,000 to $85,000, with individual compensation based on experience, education, skills, and qualifications.
