Customer Success Manager - APAC
Duetto is seeking a Customer Success Manager to join our team in Singapore, focusing on the Asia-Pacific (APAC) region. As a leader in hospitality revenue management solutions, Duetto empowers hotels, resorts, and casinos to optimize revenue and enhance profitability through our innovative SaaS platform. This role is integral to our mission of redefining hotel revenue strategies and delivering exceptional value to our clients.
In this position, you will build and maintain strong relationships with hotel clients across APAC, acting as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts. Your responsibilities will include driving revenue expansion, managing renewals, and minimizing churn. You will ensure customers achieve measurable ROI through product adoption and optimization, aiming to maintain a gross retention rate of over 95%, achieve net retention rates exceeding 110%, and keep churn below 5%.
The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in hospitality revenue management and a proven track record in a customer-facing role such as Customer Success, Account Management, or Consulting, preferably within the hospitality technology or SaaS sectors. A strong understanding of hotel KPIs, including RevPAR, ADR, RGI, ARI, and MPI, as well as proficiency in revenue management systems, is essential. Fluency in English is required, and additional regional languages are advantageous. Candidates must be able to work and reside in Singapore without the need for sponsorship and should possess strong relationship-building, analytical, and communication skills. The role requires regional travel within APAC, approximately 25–40% of the time.
