Legal Operations & Systems Lead

Duetto, a leading provider of hospitality revenue management solutions, is seeking a Legal Operations & Systems Lead to enhance the efficiency and scalability of its legal function. This role is integral to the company's mission of redefining hotel revenue strategy through its innovative Revenue & Profit Operating System.

The Legal Operations & Systems Lead will be responsible for designing and implementing the legal technology stack, including contract lifecycle management and workflow automation platforms. Key duties include deploying AI tools to automate routine contract reviews, establishing self-service intake workflows, conducting first-pass reviews of standard agreements, and managing outside counsel engagements.

Candidates should have over six years of experience in legal operations, contracts management, or related fields. Proficiency in reviewing and negotiating commercial contracts, experience with AI tools in legal contexts, strong written communication skills, and hands-on experience with legal tech systems are essential.

This position offers direct mentorship from the General Counsel, high visibility with executive leadership, and a clear path to a Chief of Staff role within 12 to 24 months.
