Appier is seeking a Customer Success Manager to join its Enterprise Solution team in Taipei, Taiwan. This role involves leading the implementation and integration of Appier's Customer Engagement Automation enterprise products into clients' environments and applications, ensuring they achieve their business objectives through these solutions.

Key responsibilities include consulting with clients to expand their usage and adoption of Appier's enterprise products, managing client relationships, providing first-line support, and collaborating with sales, product, and technical teams to meet mutual objectives. The role also involves communicating with clients throughout the contract lifecycle and identifying upsell opportunities by understanding customer needs and proposing appropriate solutions.

The ideal candidate should have at least 3 years of experience in customer success, account management, or similar client-facing roles, preferably managing enterprise-level clients in a SaaS or fast-paced tech environment. Familiarity with the eCommerce industry, particularly in areas like on-site conversion optimization, social engagement, and marketing automation, is essential. Excellent communication skills, strategic thinking, and a self-motivated, team-oriented approach are also required.

Additional qualifications that are beneficial include a background in SaaS, MarTech, or digital consulting, knowledge in conversational commerce (e.g., chatbots), digital marketing, CRM, and technical skills in web/app development (e.g., HTML/CSS/JavaScript).
