Diligent Corporation is seeking a Customer Success Manager II to oversee a portfolio of enterprise accounts, ensuring exceptional customer experiences and driving long-term success. This role serves as the primary business partner and trusted advisor to senior stakeholders, focusing on net revenue retention, product adoption, and customer advocacy. The position is available in New York, New York; Vancouver, British Columbia; and Washington, District of Columbia.

In this role, the Customer Success Manager II will proactively manage a portfolio of enterprise accounts, taking responsibility for renewals, net revenue retention, and expansion. They will develop and execute customer success plans aligned with clients' strategic objectives, ensuring a seamless experience across all customer lifecycle phases—from onboarding to renewal. Collaboration with internal teams, including Implementation, Professional Services, Support, and Product, is essential to deliver measurable outcomes and expand the company's footprint within each account.

Candidates should have over five years of professional experience, with at least two to four years in Customer Success, Account Management, or a similar client-facing role within B2B SaaS. Experience managing mid-market and enterprise accounts, engaging with senior stakeholders, and a proven track record of meeting or exceeding renewal, retention, and expansion targets are required. Strong communication and presentation skills, proficiency with CRM tools (preferably Salesforce), and a consultative, solution-centric mindset are essential.

The compensation for this role ranges from $75,040 to $93,800 USD annually.
