Customer Success Manager (LATAM) (Spanish Speaking) (Hybrid)
The Customer Success Manager (LATAM) (Spanish Speaking) (Hybrid) at KnowBe4 is responsible for building effective relationships with customers and maximizing their lifetime value within the assigned portfolio. This role involves delivering a great customer experience, ensuring the optimal use of KnowBe4's products, and achieving outcomes that exceed customer expectations. The position is based in Clearwater, Florida, and offers a hybrid work environment.
Key responsibilities include forging relationships with new customers, including management and executive stakeholders, to understand their objectives. The CSM will develop strategic plans to achieve these objectives through a consultative approach, leveraging KnowBe4 assessments. Managing the onboarding process is crucial, encompassing account configuration, product and best practice training, initial end-user phishing and training campaigns, and other change management activities. Additionally, the role involves coordinating with technical support for complex questions, monitoring customer usage and health metrics, and conducting periodic business and strategic engagement reviews to ensure customer satisfaction and drive product adoption.
The ideal candidate should possess an associate’s degree or equivalent work experience and education. Familiarity with standard concepts, practices, and procedures within the IT security field is preferred. Experience with Salesforce or other CRM systems, Microsoft Excel and Word, Gmail, and Google Docs is essential. The candidate must have excellent verbal and written communication skills, superior customer service abilities, and strong time management and organizational skills. The ability to build rapport through phone calls, email, and video conferencing, along with strong collaborative and teamwork skills, is also required. Fluency in Spanish is mandatory for this role.
