Professional Services Engineer (Fluent in German) (Located in Berlin, Germany)

The Professional Services Engineer at KnowBe4 is a pivotal role focused on supporting post-sales activities and ensuring customer success. This position involves implementing and configuring KnowBe4's products for small to mid-sized business customers, building strong relationships with key contacts, and providing ongoing technical support. The engineer will work closely with the Account Management team to maximize the value customers derive from their purchased solutions.

Key responsibilities include developing a comprehensive understanding of KnowBe4's product portfolio and security awareness practices, recording and tracking customer deployment activities, and mentoring junior team members as needed. The role also requires independently troubleshooting and resolving technical issues, adhering to security awareness practices, and completing policy requests from customers or in support of other team members.

Candidates should have at least one year of experience in a similar or related position, with a two-year degree preferred. Familiarity with standard concepts, practices, and procedures within the IT security field is essential, along with knowledge of firewall and email protocols. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, strong organizational abilities, and the capacity to work with minimal supervision are also required.
