Organic Search Manager (Remote)
The Organic Search Manager at KnowBe4 will lead the SEO and GEO strategy to enhance the company's presence in search engine results and emerging AI platforms. This role focuses on improving organic rankings and establishing the brand as an authoritative source for Large Language Models (LLMs) and conversational AI platforms.
Key responsibilities include developing and executing a comprehensive keyword strategy targeting high-intent keywords and question-based queries, monitoring keyword performance, and implementing on-page optimization tactics to achieve top search rankings. The manager will analyze competitor keyword profiles, manage site structure and crawlability, optimize Core Web Vitals, and implement Schema Markup to enhance user experience and search visibility. Additionally, the role involves collaborating with content teams to develop optimized content and reporting on rankings and conversions using tools like Conductor, GA4, and GSC.
Candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or a related field, or equivalent work experience, with over five years of experience managing organic search strategies. Experience in B2B marketing within the technology industry, particularly IT Security and SaaS, is preferred. Proficiency with Salesforce and Google Analytics, strong analytical skills, and the ability to use data and intuition to inform decisions are essential. The ideal candidate will be an excellent communicator and creative thinker, capable of managing end-to-end inbound marketing functions.
The base pay for this position ranges from $120,000 to $130,000, varying based on the applicant's skills and experience.
