Customer Success Manager
As a Customer Success Manager at Precisely, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of over 40 accounts, focusing on customer retention, engagement, and expansion. This role is integral to ensuring the highest levels of customer satisfaction and fostering long-term partnerships. The ideal candidate will possess experience in consultative, product-oriented software account management, along with strong communication skills and a solid understanding of both technical solutions and business drivers.
Key responsibilities include maintaining regular communication with strategic stakeholders and business users to ensure they have the necessary resources, training, and skills to effectively utilize Precisely's products. You will facilitate Customer Objective Reviews (CORs) and strategic planning sessions, accurately forecast renewal risks, and drive the renewal process by structuring options and identifying opportunities for product add-ons or upsells. Additionally, you will identify leads for upselling and expansion by leveraging existing relationships, coordinate the onboarding of new clients or business lines, and monitor support tickets to ensure prompt resolution.
The position requires a minimum of five years' experience managing "land-and-expand" account strategies in customer-facing roles. A bachelor's degree in business or a related field is preferred, though equivalent experience will be considered. Candidates should have prior experience in the enterprise data and analytics market, particularly in areas such as data cataloging, metadata management, data quality, or data analytics. Strong interpersonal skills, the ability to work autonomously, and proficiency in communicating with C-level executives are essential. Experience leading customer meetings and events, as well as a results-oriented focus on customer satisfaction and retention, are also important.
