Key responsibilities include identifying and closing direct sales engagements, upgrading and expanding existing accounts, and collaborating closely with regional partners. The role demands the development and execution of comprehensive business strategies to maximize opportunities for Precisely's products and services. Additionally, the Senior Account Executive will work in tandem with internal teams, including Marketing, Sales Engineering, and Services, to generate customer demand and craft compelling business propositions.
Candidates should possess a bachelor's degree in business or a related field, coupled with over five years of experience in enterprise software sales, preferably within the SaaS domain. Strong client engagement and relationship-building skills at all organizational levels are essential, along with demonstrated success in value- or outcome-based selling. A working knowledge and selling experience in the federal civilian space, particularly within HHS agencies, are highly desirable. Proficiency in leveraging AI tools for account planning and prospecting is also expected.
