Customer Success Manager - Spanish speaking
As a Customer Success Manager at Talon.One, you will join our 10-person Customer Success EMEA team based in Berlin, Germany. This team is an integral part of our 20-person international Customer Success team, fostering a collaborative environment and aligning with various internal stakeholders in Technical Account Management, Sales, Partnerships, Product, and Marketing. In this role, you will build strong relationships with customers to understand their goals and challenges, drive product adoption, and translate customer insights into actionable feedback for our Sales, Marketing, and Product teams. You will connect customers' marketing objectives with our technical, API-driven product, clearly explain complex product configuration steps, and collaborate with technical operations and the development team to integrate Talon.One and troubleshoot technical issues. Additionally, you will document and share important information about our customers to maintain clear internal records, build training resources, and reduce support tickets.
We are seeking candidates with a passion for technology and experience with SaaS products and APIs. Founded experience working in Customer Success, Account Management, or another client-facing role is essential. The ideal candidate will have experience working with diverse stakeholders both internally and externally, including Marketing, Developers, Sales, and Executives. Exceptional communication skills in spoken and written English and Spanish are required, along with an empathetic, positive attitude and a flexible approach to operate effectively with uncertainty and change. The ability to manage a book of 15-20 accounts and experience working in the loyalty and promotion industry or relevant marketing-related experience are also desired.
