Senior Digital Experience Manager
The Senior Digital Experience Manager at Talon.One will oversee the company's website strategy, focusing on user experience, SEO, conversion optimization, and performance analytics. This role is integral to ensuring the website effectively serves as a discovery-to-conversion engine, aligning with Talon.One's mission to provide a sophisticated, API-based promotion engine. The position is based in Berlin with a hybrid work model.
Key responsibilities include defining the purpose and audience intent for each webpage, translating product positioning into structured web experiences, and continuously improving conversion rates through analysis of user behavior. The role also involves leading organic search strategies, implementing technical SEO practices, and ensuring the website is optimized for AI engines through schema markup and structured data. Additionally, the manager will own website performance analytics, set up goals in Google Analytics, and report on discovery impact and pipeline contribution.
Candidates should possess strategic judgment, with a strong point of view on webpage purpose and user experience. Core expertise in web experience design, conversion rate optimization, SEO, technical SEO, and content strategy is essential. Technical skills required include fluency in Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and SEO tools like Semrush, as well as experience with headless CMS environments and schema markup implementation. A minimum of 8 years in product marketing, growth, content strategy, or web-focused roles within B2B SaaS or tech environments is required.
