MarqVision is seeking a Customer Success Manager to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will oversee the entire customer lifecycle, from onboarding to renewal, ensuring clients derive maximum value from our AI-powered brand integrity platform. As a trusted partner, you will collaborate closely with customers to transform their use of MarqVision into tangible business outcomes.

Key responsibilities include building and maintaining relationships with decision-makers to uncover business needs and priorities, serving as the primary point of contact throughout the customer journey, and collaborating with Sales, Operations, and Product teams to strategize account growth. You will proactively engage accounts to identify risks, ensure full utilization of MarqVision's offerings, and execute business reviews, training sessions, and feature implementations. Additionally, you will assess client health, develop strategies to mitigate churn, define success criteria, and partner with engineering teams to address customer requests.

The ideal candidate will have over three years of experience in Customer Success or Account Management within the SaaS industry in the U.S. market. Proven experience in managing customer renewals and expansions is essential. Strong customer-facing skills, including training, coaching, conflict resolution, and the ability to explain complex concepts clearly, are required. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, along with a proactive, self-starter attitude, are also necessary.
